I have strategically designed a program which includes eight sessions to guide you through the process of cleansing your body of old toxins and learned habits, facilitate your transition to a healthier, more mindful lifestyle and provide you with the appropriate information, resources and tools you need to attain and sustain your personal wellness goals.
We begin with a comprehensive health assessment and meet a total of eight times, completing the program within two months for optimal results. Additional sessions are available, as requested.
