My approach to wellness coaching is unique and effective.

based on your body's needs, as well as your lifestyle.

Proper nutrition and mindful movement are crucial...but there is so much more!

Through our work together, I will empower you to take greater agency for your overall health.

I have strategically designed a program which includes eight sessions to guide you through the process of cleansing your body of old toxins and learned habits, facilitate your transition to a healthier more mindful lifestyle and provide you with the appropriate information, resources and tools you need to attain and sustain your personal wellness goals.

We begin with a comprehensive health assessment and meet a total of eight times, completing the program within two months for optimal results.  Additional sessions are available, as requested
